- 2 cups of fresh or frozen raspberries
- 2 tbsp of chia seeds
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- Add raspberries to medium-sized pot and cook on medium.
- Stir occasionally, mashing until you have desired consistency.
- Add in chia seeds and lemon juice, stir for another 2-3 min.
- Take off stove and store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
