  • 2 cups of fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 2 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice


  1. Add raspberries to medium-sized pot and cook on medium.
  2. Stir occasionally, mashing until you have desired consistency.
  3. Add in chia seeds and lemon juice, stir for another 2-3 min.
  4. Take off stove and store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
