Ingredients

2 eggs

1/3c monk fruit sweetener (or coconut sugar)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1/3c coconut oil melted

3c almond flour (I used the Bob Red Mill super-fine almond flour)

1/2c dark chocolate chips
Combine and bake at 375F for 14-16min!
