Hope you enjoy these healthy chocolate chip cookies! They are super easy to make and can be eaten as a dessert or a healthy snack during the day 🙂

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/3c monk fruit sweetener (or coconut sugar)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/3c coconut oil melted

  • 3c almond flour (I used the Bob Red Mill super-fine almond flour)

  • 1/2c dark chocolate chips

Combine and bake at 375F for 14-16min!
