• 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk 
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup 
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp ground flax seeds
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice 


  • handful of nuts (I used pumpkin seeds and walnuts)
  • a spoonful of nut butter of choice 
  • fresh fruit 


  1. Mix together yogurt, almond milk, pumpkin puree, vanilla and maple syrup until combined. Then, stir in oats, seeds and spices. Put mixture into a container or jar with lid and store overnight. Top with seeds, fruit, and nut butter … enjoy!
