Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp ground flax seeds
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Toppings
- handful of nuts (I used pumpkin seeds and walnuts)
- a spoonful of nut butter of choice
- fresh fruit
Steps
- Mix together yogurt, almond milk, pumpkin puree, vanilla and maple syrup until combined. Then, stir in oats, seeds and spices. Put mixture into a container or jar with lid and store overnight. Top with seeds, fruit, and nut butter … enjoy!
